About Michelle:
michllMichelle Radlowski is an events manager at the software group for Dell as well as the program manager for the Dell Software President’s Advisory Board. In her role as events manager, she oversees activities to ensure the software group is represented properly at various industry events throughout the year. This includes coordinating the production of booth properties and promotional materials, as well as managing giveaways, social media communication and lead follow up. As program manager for the President’s Advisory Board, Michelle works with the executive sponsor, board members and the Ignite Advisory Group on all aspects of board activities, including meeting logistics, agenda preparation and member communications.

Michelle joined Dell in September 2012 when the company acquired Quest Software, where she had been an events manager for 4.5 years. Prior to that, she was Associate Market Manager at Quill Corporation. Michelle holds an MBA from Roosevelt University in Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb.

About David:
David Coates joined Iron Mountain in 2011 as the Marketing Manager for Customer Programs with a focus on identifying new ways to engage with the company’s customers. As the program manager for the Customer Advisory Board he is responsible for supporting the recruitment of new members, working to set the agenda and managing the the ongoing engagement with the CAB. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Coates developed customer and corporate communications programs for Dassault Systemes. He also spent eleven years working for Brodeur Worldwide, a leading technology public relations company. Coates earned a BA (Hons) in History & Politics from the University of Sunderland (UK) as well as a post graduate diploma in Public Relations from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK).
