 Alison Lutjemeier, Senior Program Manager for the Adobe Digital Marketing customer programs will speak at the certification program in April. Alison will reveal how to run 9 CABs for 200 CAB members across the world, encompassing 9 different products and solutions.

 Alison Lutjemeier is the Senior Program Manager for the Adobe Digital Marketing customer programs. Her team is focused on the Customer Advisory Board (CAB), Beta Test Program and Go-to-Market process where they are responsible for surfacing customer feedback and ensuring customer awareness prior to new releases.

Alison was recruited in 2007 by Omniture to establish the CAB and beta programs for their three primary products. Since being acquired by Adobe in 2009, the CAB has grown from three product-specific forums with 15 customers to nine solution forums including more than 200 customers worldwide.

Prior to Adobe, Alison led the Beta Test Program for Novell where she worked on automating and streamlining the customer program.

Alison holds a BS degree in Behavioral Science and Health from the University of Utah and MBA from University of Phoenix.
