The agenda for the inaugural CAB (Customer Advisory Board) Manager Certification Program includes sessions providing a deep dive into CAB overview, design, agenda creation, meeting facilitation and more. The CAB Manager Certification Program will take place in San Diego, CA from November 19-20, 2013.

The hands-on sessions will empower attendees with the knowledge, skill and expertise necessary to thrive at designing and managing a world-class customer advisory board. Some of the sessions are:

  • Setting the Right CAB Objectives and Creating Relevant ROI Metrics
  • CAB Design, Infrastructure and Project Plan
  • Agenda Creation and Preparing for the CAB meeting
  • Meeting Facilitation

Upon certification, participants will be experts in creating and advancing highly successful customer advisory boards (CABs) and customer advisory councils, enabling their executives to deepen the relationships with their key clients while engaging c-suite executives at the company’s most strategic customer organizations on a sustainable and meaningful dialogue.
