Cindy Baptiste is a partner go-to-market leader with nearly three decades of experience in enterprise software. As a senior consultant at Ignite Advisory Group, she brings deep partner ecosystem expertise to Ignite’s Partner Advisory Board practice.

Prior to Ignite Advisory Group, Cindy spent nearly six years at CyberArk, most recently as Vice President of Global Partnerships. She previously held partner and channel leadership roles at StreamSets and Qlik. At Informatica, she served as Director of Worldwide Channel Programs, where she earned President’s Club honors two years running, and later led M&A field integration and served as Chief of Staff for Global Strategic Sales.

Over her career, Cindy has specialized in building, running and driving revenue through partner ecosystems, from high-growth startups to global software companies, and has sat on every side of the partner relationship. She is also the founder of Ecosystems Advisory Group, which helps B2B software companies design and scale their partner programs.

She holds a BBA in Finance from Georgia State University. Cindy currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
