The Customer Advisory Board Training is designed for marketing, strategy and product development professionals, as well as Customer Advisory Board facilitators, and is not designed for Customer Advisory Board program consultants. To respect our core audience, Ignite Advisory Group reserves the right to decline the registration of individuals for whom the program is not designed.

Payment must be made prior to the program. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

When a program is under-subscribed, the program may be cancelled. A full refund will be arranged within 30 days of the cancellation. Ignite Advisory Group will not be liable for attendees’ travel and other expenses resulted from the program cancellation.

All handouts and materials obtained in class are strictly for attendees’ educational purposes and internal use only. Ignite Advisory Group, Inc. owns the copyrights of the program materials and no reproduction is allowed without the prior written consent of Ignite Advisory Group, Inc.

If you need to cancel, we will keep a credit on file for you to use at a future CAB Training (to be used within one year).

If you require a full refund, you must cancel 3 weeks prior (or more) to the CAB Training. If cancelling within 3 weeks prior to the CAB Training, we will hold your registration as a credit for a future CAB Training (to be used within one year)
